A company providing resources and support for “accelerating alignment in large groups.”
Activities
CoVision provides consulting services, products, and publications to help improve large group communication and performance. Services center around effective meetings, online surveys, and online collaboration. Workshops and publications focus more on theory, teaching individuals and organizations about large group dynamics, communications and feedback processes, and how to improve them all.
Relevant Project(s)
- WebCouncil™ is a web-based application with tools for hosting online meetings, sharing information and files, collecting feedback and designing projects.
- Listening to the City was a 2002 project in New York City that brought together more than 4300 citizens for a “21st Century Town Hall Meeting.” In collaboration with AmericaSpeaks and other partners in the Civic Alliance to Rebuild Downtown New York, the meeting collected citizen feedback on proposals for redevelopment of the World Trade Center sites. Volunteer table facilitators came from all 50 states; laptop computers at each table were used along with keypad polling to quickly collect ideas and feedback from the large group.
- CoVision has worked with dozens of other major international events and initiatives, including facilitating meetings for the World Economic Forum, Nike Stakeholders meeting, and the Clinton Global Initiative.
