- The adoption of specific strategies, action steps, and benchmarks to measure annual progress
- Constant communication with the community and Vision Partners about progress on individual strategies including an annual report on the progress of the Key and Strategy Benchmarks
- A diverse and community-based Steering Committee to provide leadership.
